What's my favorite sports?

Table tennis, also known as ping-pong, is a sport in which two or four players hit a lightweight, hollow ball back and forth using table tennis rackets. The game takes place on a hard table divided by a net.

I love playing this sports when I was in high school and college years (so sad... I don't have any pictures).

There are so many reasons why I love playing table tennis:

1. Health and Fitness: Table tennis is really good for my health - it is best for getting up a sweat and getting the heart rate up
2. Gentle on Your Body: I can played it easily according to my own capabilities and limitations.
3. Everyone Can Play: This is the best part, there's no age or gender issue
4. A Sport for Life: Even though you are in mid 30's or 40's you can still play it with no worries.
5. Keeps You Mentally Sharp: I can strategized, planned and thinked easily without hassle.
6. You Can Play Anytime : We all know that it is a non-seasonal sport, so I can play it day or night.
7. You Can Play Anywhere:It's space efficient. No need a huge amount of space to play this game.
8. Make New Friends: And best of all, I met new friends
